Welcome to In The Pines Cleaning. Take a deep breath, we are here for you. Our goal is to take that extra cleaning chore off your list so you can live your life. Not only do we love to clean, but we strive to do so in the most eco-friendly way possible. We genuinely care for the environment, our kids, and our pets, as we are earthlings, parents and pet owners too. We don’t want harsh chemicals in our home and around our family, and if you found us, we assume you probably feel the same way. Life happens, and sometimes you need some help. Home Cleaning
Our cleaners only use pre approved eco-friendly, safe for kids and pets, cleaning supplies. You can expect them to bring their own rags, vacuum/mop with washable mop pad, and all necessary supplies.
A one time or a first time clean for your home is $50/hr for one cleaner or $75/hour for a team. It is our preference to decide upon a flat rate for recurring cleans. This flat rate is determined based on multiple factors like square footage, amount of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, clutter, pet hair, etc.
Your home will feel fresh and tranquil after we provide your first time clean. These deep cleans generally take longer than a regular clean and set the stage for maintaining the cleanliness of your home. Going forward we can do weekly, bi weekly, or monthly cleans depending on your needs.
Basic cleaning includes:
General dusting (Hanging pictures, baseboards and trim, shelves with 5 or fewer items, mirrors)
Vacuum/mop all Floors
Basic kitchen cleaning (includes inside of microwave, stainless steel)
Basic bathroom cleaning (includes general grout cleaning within ability)
Changing/washing bed sheets as provided
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Flat rate price per property based upon guest cleaning fee.
We bring our own eco-friendly supplies to clean your vacation rental and follow all your host guidelines. We provide general cleaning/laundering as needed on the property after the guest checks out.
If there is no laundry on site we can arrange an offsite service as needed.
Our cleaners follow a checklist system to ensure no items are missed. We also provide a supplies checklist in case anything is running low on the property and needs to be refilled (cleaning supplies, paper goods, toiletries, sheets, coffee/creamer etc.). We will let you know if you need to restock any supplies and can organize restocking them for you if you are unavailable.
We give priority to our weekly scheduled cleans, so we are only available to clean vacation rentals on an as-needed basis. If given enough time in advance we will put you on the schedule. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need a last minute cleaner, we may be able to help. I have a crew of friendly helpful cleaners available for this purpose.
Extra Services and Add Ons
In The Pines Cleaning provides a general cleaning service but there are some tasks that we charge extra for. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning inside the fridge/oven- $40
Doing the dishes
Doing laundry (onsite)
Watering plants if you are away
These service will be negotiated per project and by the time they take. If they are reccuring tasks they can be incorporated into the flat rate.
